During the 8 days of camp, there are a series of core activities and once a day there are optional activities where the girls can choose their interest.

Core Activities:

• traditional knowledge & environmental science
• science and technology activities
• physical fitness
• health and nutrition workshops
• self esteem workshops
• post secondary promotion

Examples of core activities include: storytelling, filleting and cooking fish, trades awareness training, goal setting, healthy relationships, self defence, safe dating, music and self esteem workshop, swimming, sports games etc.

Optional activities are selected by campers and dependent on the availability of guests, and resources of the local community. These activities are designed to provide choice to the campers, and to enhance the overall enjoyment at camp. Examples of activities that are optional include: filmmaking, rock climbing, kayaking, boating, paintball, sports and games, arts and crafts, etc.
