Healthy Lifestyles

TAC campers are well looked after. You will eat well and get plenty of exercise. Confidence and leadership activities will enhance your self-respect, your respect for yourself and others.

Role Modeling

Camp staff, guest speakers and peer campers at camp have unique talents, diverse backgrounds and personalities. Each one is a role model.

New Friends

TAC is an opportunity for you to make new friends with people from across the Territories. You can always stay in touch via email, facebook, bebo, or even travelling to visit them. The friends you make at camp will last a lifetime.

Outdoor Skills

We have many outdoor activities lead by qualified professionals who will teach you how to swim and canoe. You will also be introduced to the art of filmmaking, conduct a nature study and experience overnight camping.

Travel

Each year camp takes place in a new community - so you get to see more of the North. it's a pretty cool place.

Independence

Have you ever lived away from home before? If not, Camp Taiga Adventure is a great place to start. Even though this might be hard at first, it will ultimately be a great experience, which will help you out later on in life when you travel for school, work or fun.

Fun

Having fun is an important part of life. Going to camp is exciting. You will look forward to your time at Camp Taiga Adventure Camp. Your memories of all the fun times you will experience will last forever.
