NOW OPEN for camper registration.
Taiga Camp is for young women, ages of 11 – 17 from EVERY community in the Northwest Territories.
Taiga Adventure Camp offers a camp experience in a safe outdoor environment, where you will live outdoors, learn leadership skills, make new friends and discover your many talents.
This year we are pleased to offer 4 camp sessions.
Three land camps (near Yellowknife) and one river trip along the Mackenzie River (starting in Ft. Simpson)
YELLOWKNIFE
Session 1 - July 1 to July 9 for girls ages 13 to 17
Session 2 - July 12 to July 20 for girls ages 11 to 14
Session 3 - July 23 to July 30 for girls ages 11 to 17
FT. SIMPSON
Session 4 - Aug 2 to 11 for girls ages 13 to 17
Taiga Adventure Camp's (TAC) vision is to inspire young nothern women to discover their leadership potential.
We offer a fun, personalized, and supportive growth experience. We are the only summer camp in the Northwest Territories specifically for teenage girls.

We are currently recruiting volunteers to help expand our community networks and enhance our fundraising goals.
