During the 8 days of camp, there are a series of core activities that all campers participate in.

Core activities promote traditional knowledge; respect for our land; physical fitness; health and nutrition; emotional intelligence; and continued education through experiential learning.

Additionally, once a day there are optional activities where campers can choose their interest.

Such activities vary from year to year and make each Taiga Camp a unique experience. Often guest speakers and entertainers from the local community are involved in providing optional activities.

These activities are designed to provide choice to the campers, and to enhance the overall enjoyment at camp.
